Becca is the heart and vision behind Earth & Rose Salon, bringing over 20 years of experience in the beauty, hair and holistic industry. Her journey began as a make-up artist, inspired by her mother, who shared the same passion for creativity and artistry. She later trained in hairdressing and launched her first business in the wedding industry, specialising in bridal hair and make-up. Alongside her beauty career, Becca’s extensive background in holistic treatments, including Reiki and meditation, has become a cornerstone of her work.

Becca’s dedication to holistic well-being is evident in her approach to beauty and self-care. As a certified Reiki practitioner and experienced meditation guide, she has helped countless clients reconnect with themselves, finding balance and inner calm. Her leadership in meditation groups and energy work adds a unique dimension to the salon’s ethos of nurturing the mind, body, and soul.

A lifelong advocate for animals, Becca has been vegetarian since the age of 9 and transitioned to veganism in 2014. Her passion for cruelty-free living and sustainability inspired her to create a salon that reflects her values. Earth & Rose exclusively uses cruelty-free, vegan, and eco-conscious products, ensuring that beauty does not come at the expense of animals or the planet.

As Creative Director, Becca combines her extensive expertise, artistic flair, and commitment to ethical, holistic beauty to inspire the salon’s team and provide clients with an environment where they feel truly cared for.

SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST

Jade is an established and highly skilled beauty therapist who has been a key member of the Earth & Rose Salon team since 2017. Starting as a trainee, she has worked her way up to become our Senior Beauty Therapist through hard work, dedication, and an incredible attention to detail.

With a kind heart and a passion for making people feel special, Jade offers a wide variety of beauty treatments, with a particular love for facials and gel manicures. Her precision and expertise ensure every treatment is tailored to perfection, leaving you feeling pampered and radiant.

Jade is known for her friendly and chatty nature, making her the ideal therapist for anyone feeling a bit nervous about trying a new treatment. She takes the time to understand your needs and puts you at ease, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time you visit.

Currently working towards her Level 3 Beauty Therapist Qualification, Ella has quickly become an integral part of our team.
